Each 600 sq ft cottage features a spacious bedroom, attached bathroom, and a private balcony facing the Arabian Sea. The highlight of the cottage is a private plunge pool and sun deck, allowing guests to relax while enjoying uninterrupted ocean views.

Sea View Villa Room
Our four-bedroom villa is ideal for families or small groups travelling together.
The rooms are located on the first floor of the villa and offer spectacular views of the Arabian Sea. Each room is approximately 500 sq ft and features large windows and private balconies that capture the sea breeze and beautiful sunsets.
Guests staying in the villa enjoy access to all resort facilities including the infinity pool, private beach and sunset lounge.

- We have all the safety protocols in place, but we expect the guests to be responsible and adhere to house-rules when here

- We have dedicated broadband connection with 200 Mbps speed. We also have power backup facility (inverter & generator) if necessary
- Good mobile coverage, Vodafone, Idea and JIO works best, we also have a dedicated landline connection in the common area

- We have a Go-Green initiative, and so we don’t provide paper bills. GST bill is sent via email post check out
- Room and activity rates will differ during long holidays and peak season
- Rooms are let out on dual occupancy basis – minimum charge for 2 adults per room, additional person charged extra
- We do not have room service, all meals to be had at the restaurant
- Children under 5 years accommodated free of charge, 5 to 8 is half rate, full rate for children 9 yrs and above
- Back-up electricity provided via Inverter (4 hours max)
- If booking is done via travel portals, please check and get booking confirmation directly from us to get your booking confirmed
- Bookings once made cannot be amended or cancelled, early checkouts will be charged in full as per the booking confirmation
- 50% refund if cancellation / date change is done more than 30 days prior to stay. 25% refunded if it is 15 days prior to stay
- No refund if can cancellation / date change is done with less than 15 days prior to the stay
- Pick-up & Drop facility available
- We don’t have a driver’s quarters, drivers are not allowed to stay in the parking area
