Our retreat is located on a spectacular cliff overlooking the Arabian Sea, with direct access to a secluded beach cove below. The peaceful setting, dramatic sunsets and the sound of the waves create the perfect atmosphere to relax and reconnect with nature.

Sunset & Stargazing from our private cliff overlooking the Arabian Sea
One of the most magical moments of staying with us is watching the sun slowly dip into the Arabian Sea.
Our infinity pool is positioned right on the edge of the cliff, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and the secluded beach cove below. As the evening approaches, the sky transforms into beautiful shades of orange, pink and gold while the sun sets over the horizon.
Guests often gather here to relax on the sun loungers, enjoy a refreshing drink, and take in the spectacular sunset over the sea.
As darkness falls, the experience continues with stargazing under the open coastal sky. Far from the bright lights of large cities, the night sky above the Arabian Sea can be remarkably clear. On calm nights, guests can lie back by the poolside and watch the stars slowly emerge above the ocean, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves below.
The transition from sunset to a peaceful night under the stars makes this one of the most memorable experiences of a stay at our retreat.
Walk to the Private Beach Cove
We have our own quiet beach cove, a secluded stretch of sand framed by natural rock formations on both sides.
Because of its location, the beach remains peaceful and uncrowded most of the time. Guests can enjoy long walks along the shore, listen to the waves, or simply relax on the sand while taking in the vast views of the Arabian Sea.

Candlelight Dinner on the Beach
For couples and special occasions, we can arrange a private candlelight dinner on the beach.
A beautifully set table, soft lantern lighting, the sound of the waves and the stars above create an unforgettable romantic setting.

Sunset Lounge Evenings
Our sunset lounge and dining area overlooks the sea and offers some of the best views along this stretch of coastline.
Guests often gather here in the evening to relax after a day by the beach. As the sun sets over the horizon, the lounge becomes the perfect place to enjoy a quiet drink, good conversation and the cooling sea breeze.
Coastal Wildlife & Birding Experience
For guests interested in nature and wildlife, we offer a unique opportunity to explore the fascinating ecosystems along this beautiful stretch of coastline.
This guided experience combines a marine trail along the shore, a short coastal boat exploration, and birdwatching in the surrounding habitats. Walking along the rocky shoreline and tidal pools, guests can discover the rich marine life that thrives in these coastal waters. Depending on the season and sea conditions, it may be possible to observe a variety of intertidal creatures such as crabs, sea stars, molluscs and other marine life that inhabit the rocky pools.
The surrounding coastal landscape is also home to a diverse range of bird species. Birdwatchers may encounter waterbirds along the shore, seabirds soaring above the Arabian Sea, and land birds in the coconut groves and nearby vegetation. Common sightings may include herons, egrets, sandpipers, kingfishers and brahminy kites.
For those interested in experiencing the coastline after dark, we can also arrange nocturnal nature walks, where guests may hear or occasionally spot night-active birds and other wildlife that emerge after sunset.

Theyyam – The Sacred Ritual of North Kerala
North Kerala is famous for Theyyam, one of the oldest ritual art forms in India.
During the Theyyam season, guests can visit nearby temples and villages to witness these powerful performances that combine dance, music, spirituality and elaborate costumes.
